How fast am I on the slide? Can I lift myself? And how loud can mama scream? This and much more, you can find out in this varied museum.
The museum offers on its four floors various exhibitions e.g. energy, everyday life, media.worlds, Mobility etc. The exhibitions are often aimed at children, with many opportunities to become active themselves. But not only for older children, the museum is definitely worth a visit, even small children can discover and play great things in two specially furnished games room (the mini and mini mobile). For this reason, we already had an annual pass for the museum since our son was 1 year old. In the mini area you can build a house with the crane, inspect the fire truck and sit behind the wheel and in the mini mobile area you can go around with the many cars. (It will be even better: the mini mobile area will be further extended by 9 April due to high demand.) Especially on bad weather days the Technical Museum is a popular excursion destination for adults with children. On weekends it can be quite busy in the children’s areas.
The museum also has a café, which offers drinks, snacks and hot dishes.
Baby changing facilities, baby car park and lifts are available.
