This week I was with my son in Zoom Children’s Museum. Right at the beginning we had a nice entrance, because in the summer there is always a creative play possibility in front of the museum. In the museum we were registered for the ocean, the small children’s area.
The Kindermuseum is not a freely accessible museum, you always need a reservation for individual areas. So you should always inform yourself on the homepage about current offers and reserve a place early.
The children’s museum is located in the middle of the Museum Quarter. It is a place where children learn to perceive their environment more precisely. All areas are pedagogically cared for and adapted to the needs of the children in different age levels.
There are many things for the senses and motor skills in the toddler area of 8 months – 3 years. On a ship, the children themselves can be captains, fish or use a crane. On land there is a jungle to go around and you can dress up as wild animals. It is really imaginatively furnished. The one hour you can stay in the ocean is almost not enough to discover everything with the child.
The other areas of the ZOOM are then for children from 3-12 years. For example, there is the ZOOM Exhibition, the ZOOM Studio, ZOOM Science for kids. As I said, the best thing to do is to check out what you would like to do with your kids and register early.
